Freedom of information

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act gives the public a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities. The Act sets out limited exemptions to that right and places certain obligations on public authorities. If you would like to make an FOI request it must be made in writing to the NHS England team.
